Health Wellness & Beyond is our first ecommerce site. Celebrating its grand opening in July of 2015, the concept for this store is of course health and wellness, but it isn't only about exercise and the vitamins we take. While those two components are necessary for a healthy lifestyle, overall health and wellness goes beyond that in our opinion.
We believe good health is a matter of living and approaching life overall in a healthy manner - that all the pieces of the puzzle have to be there to achieve optimal health and well-being. So it isn't just about the food we eat, the supplements we take or how much and what type of exercise we do. Those are just part of the picture. It is also about our emotional health, whether we get enough sleep and can live comfortably in our homes so stress levels are reduced. These pieces are important as well.
Stress is detrimental to everyone's health and we're committed to helping you find ways to reduce it. Whether that's by spending time in a relaxing spa like environment you create in your home or by taking the dog for a walk, we believe this down time is critical for both your emotional and physical health. We all need to recharge.
